Welcome to the Aurelio F. Grillo Library

 

The Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI) is an international PhD school and a center for research and higher education in the areas of Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science and Social Sciences.

The Library is named after Aurelio F. Grillo, a theoretical and astroparticle physicist of great value, who since 1967 carried out his research and public outreach first at the INFN National Laboratory of Frascati (LNF) and then at the INFN Gran Sasso National Laboratories (LNGS). In his research, he contributed to the study of theoretical and phenomenological aspects, collaborated on the development of data analyses and realized experimental setups.

The Library collection primarily supports the research and instructional needs of the Faculty, Postdoc and PhD students of the Gran Sasso Science Institute.
